Privacy Policy.
Last updated June 22, 2026.
OneOrg is a product of Idle Humans. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep it short and plain because that is how we treat your data.
Information we collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us. The contact form is the single place this happens.
When you submit that form, we receive your name, your organization, your role, your email address, your preferred contact method, and the message you write to us.
What we do not collect
We do not track you. OneOrg uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third party tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of how you browse, and we do not buy data about you from outside sources.
When you read these pages, you read them privately.
How we use your information
We use what you submit for one purpose. We respond to your inquiry, and if you ask us to, we continue the conversation.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
How we store and protect it
Contact submissions are stored in our content system and are visible only to the Idle Humans team. We apply reasonable safeguards to keep this information secure. No system is perfect, so we limit what we collect in the first place.
How long we keep it
We retain contact submissions for as long as they remain useful to the conversation you started. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will.
Your choices
You decide what to share. You can contact us to see what we hold, correct it, or remove it. Email us and we will act on your request.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if our practices change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
